Public Consultation No. 03/34 - CVM publishes the notice of the public consultation on the modernization of normative annex IV to resolution CVM 175/22 on investment funds in participations

The Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM) has initiated Public Consultation No. 03/24 to update the rules governing Private Equity Funds (FIPs). The aim is to create a more dynamic and attractive environment for the capital market, facilitating access for small businesses to new sources of financing. The Notice is available on the gov.br platform and will receive comments until March 28, 2025.
