Our partner Adriana Rollo participated in the Public Hearing on Regulation of Artificial Intelligence of the Chamber of Deputies (PL 2338/23), held last week, dedicated to the theme “Artificial Intelligence and Copyright”.
The meeting brought together experts from different fields to discuss the impacts of AI on intellectual property, particularly regarding model training and data mining. Adriana emphasized the importance of approving regulations that allow the development of high-level artificial intelligence technologies in Brazil, without violating the proper protection of copyright holders.
