Our partner Adriana Rollo participated in the panel “AI in Brazil and Society”, at the Intelligent Future Seminar – AI in Brazil, promoted by the Commercial Association of São Paulo - ACSP, alongside Carlos Degas Filgueiras and Marco Perlman.
The debate discussed the main challenges to the advancement of artificial intelligence in the country, such as legal uncertainty, regional difficulties in entrepreneurship and fundraising, and the progress of the Artificial Intelligence Law (Bill 2.338/23), which, although intended to regulate the use of the technology, may end up imposing barriers to its application in strategic areas such as healthcare and education.
