Mercado Pago acquires Nikos DTVM

BZCP - Bronstein, Zilberberg, Chueiri e Potenza Advogados advised Mercado Pago on the acquisition of Nikos Investimentos, a securities brokerage firm. The completion of the transaction is subject to approval by the Central Bank of Brazil.
