With more than a decade of experience, Ana Carolina advises domestic and international clients on personal data protection, contracts, intellectual property, technology transactions, artificial intelligence, media, entertainment, and advertising, in both advisory and litigation matters. Recognized by The Legal 500, Latin Lawyer, and Leaders League, Ana Carolina holds a law degree from PUC-Campinas, a Professional Master’s degree in Law and Management from the Portuguese Catholic University, an MBA in Information Technology Management from FIAP, and an extension course in Innovation from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV).
