Ana Carolina Cesar is partner in BZCP’s Technology, Data Protection and Intellectual Property practices. With more than a decade of experience, she advises domestic and international clients on matters involving personal data protection, contracts, intellectual property, technology transactions, artificial intelligence, media, entertainment and advertising, covering both advisory and dispute-related matters.
Ana Carolina is recognized by The Legal 500, Latin Lawyer and Leaders League in the areas of Data Protection, Technology, Trademarks and Copyright. She is a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP), the Brazilian Intellectual Property Association (ABPI) and IBRAC.
She holds a law degree from the Pontifical Catholic University of Campinas (PUC-Campinas), a Professional Master’s degree in Law and Management from the Portuguese Catholic University, an MBA in Information Technology Management from FIAP, and an extension course in Innovation from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV).
