Evelyn Rolo is partner of the Labor & Employment and Executive Compensation practices at Bronstein Zilberberg Chueiri e Potenza Advogados. She provides strategic and business-oriented counsel to domestic and international clients — from early-stage startups to established companies and investment funds — on the structuring of employment arrangements, variable compensation programs, short- and long-term incentive plans, executive relationships, union matters, workforce reorganizations, and internal investigations.
