Priscila Menezes

Priscila Gurgel Menezes works in the practices of venture capital, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate matters and corporate governance. With more than 20 years of experience, she represents national and foreign clients, of different segments and industries, in various types of transactions, including venture capital investments, M&As (buy-side and sell-side), joint ventures and strategic partnerships. Her practice also includes advising startups and entrepreneurs during their entire journeys, as well as investors and corporate venture capital (CVC) funds in investment rounds. Her advisory work comprises contractual and corporate law issues, including foreign investments in Brazil, corporate reorganizations, and corporate governance.

Priscila holds a law degree from the University of São Paulo (USP), a postgraduate degree in Corporate Law from Insper, and a Master’s degree (LL.M.) in Corporate Governance and Practice from Stanford University (USA). Priscila also worked as a foreign associate at Kirkland & Ellis LLP in New York (USA).
