Vivian Tito Rudge works in the areas of corporate law, M&A, venture capital, and startups. She has extensive experience in various corporate matters and transactions, international M&A transactions, foreign investments in Brazil, joint ventures, and corporate reorganizations. Vivian also advises investors, venture capital funds, and emerging technology companies in financing and M&A transactions.
Vivian holds a degree from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP), has a postgraduate degree in Corporate Law from the Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa (Insper), and participated in the course on practical corporate law issues at the Getulio Vargas Foundation (FGV/GVLaw).
