The beginning

The founding partners of Bronstein Zilberberg met while working across the table in some of the most relevant investment rounds and M&A transactions in Brazil.

After several years establishing renowned venture capital and M&A practices in their respective firms, Sergio Bronstein, Eduardo Zilberberg, Pedro Chueiri and Guilherme Potenza decided to join forces.

With an extensive track-record in M&A deals, our team has participated in landmark exit transactions such as 99Taxis’ US$ 1 billion sale to Didi Chuxing, the successful initial public offering (IPO) of Decolar.com and the sale of Beleza na Web to Grupo Boticário.
