Alfredo Neri

Alfredo Neri is a specialist in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), venture capital, and corporate governance. He has extensive experience advising clients on strategic and complex transactions, cross-border operations, foreign investments in Brazil, corporate reorganizations, and joint ventures. Alfredo also represents startups, investors, and funds in investment rounds and venture-backed M&A. Alfredo works in transactions across various industries, especially Technology, Real Estate, and Infrastructure.

Alfredo graduated in law from the University of São Paulo (USP), has a specialization in Corporate Law from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV), and a master's in law (LL.M.) from Columbia University (USA). Alfredo worked as a foreign associate at Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan in New York and as an in-house lawyer for the largest private bank in Latin America.

Alfredo is an attorney admitted by the Brazilian Bar Association in São Paulo (OAB/SP) and by the New York Bar Association.
