Marcelo Perez

Marcelo Perez has extensive experience advising companies and individuals, as well as companies and private equity funds established in the United States, on tax matters involving domestic and international corporate transactions. Marcelo specializes in various aspects related to corporate taxation, including the application of international treaties to avoid double taxation, tax planning, and stock option plans, among other aspects of income tax.

Marcelo graduated from the University of São Paulo (USP) and obtained a Master's degree (LL.M.) in International Taxation from New York University (NYU) (USA) and worked for 2 years at E&Y in New York.
