Sergio Bronstein is one of the most active lawyers in M&A, private equity and venture capital transactions in Brazil. He has been consistently recognized as a leading M&A and VC practitioner by publications such as Chambers and Partners, Leaders League, Legal 500, Latin Lawyer, LACCA, and Who’s Who Legal.

He has served as an Endeavor mentor since 2001 and has been acknowledged as a “High-Impact Mentor” for his significant contributions to the organization. Sergio is also a founding partner and investor in InvesteFavela, a fund focused on supporting and investing in entrepreneurs and businesses in underserved regions of Brazil lacking access to financial and human capital.

Sergio has authored several articles on Negotiation and M&A and is a guest lecturer in the MBA program at Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV-SP), teaching courses on Private Equity and Venture Capital, as well as on Negotiation and M&A at IBMEC.

He holds an LL.M. from the University of California at Berkeley – Boalt Hall School of Law, a postgraduate degree from Fundação Getulio Vargas (CEAG), and a law degree from PUC-SP. He also worked as a foreign associate in the Latin American Practice Group at O’Melveny & Myers and Latham & Watkins in New York.
