Pedro Chueiri is recognized in the Brazilian market for his solid track record in complex, high-value transactions, including domestic and cross-border M&A deals, corporate reorganizations, and late-stage VC deals. His extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions includes the precedent-setting sale of 99Taxis to Didi Chuxing for US$1 billion, the sale of Neoway to B3 for R$1.8 billion, and the sale of Gringo to Sem Parar for R$1 billion. In venture capital, Pedro focuses his work in late-stage rounds, advising some of the most active international investment funds in Brazil, as well as founders and emerging growth companies.

Pedro holds an LL.M. from London School of Economics – LSE and obtained a business postgraduation degree from FGV-CEAG and his law degree from the University of São Paulo – USP. He worked at Cravath, Swaine & Moore in New York, where he focused on M&A and capital markets transactions. Pedro has been consistently recognized among the top lawyers in the country by Chambers and Partners (among others) for his work with both M&A and Venture Capital.
